Unless otherwise specified, dongles will be shipped using standard USPS ground service in the US. Any orders received from outside the US will be shipped using FedEx, a separate fee shall be applied for this service. Return and Refund Policy
Thermal Dynamics, Inc. enforces the following Return and Refund Policy:
Returns made within one week of purchase will be refunded 100% of the purchase price less S&H. Returns made between one week and not more than 30 days of purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee and S&H charges. Returns made between 30 days and not more than 90 days will incur a 50% restocking fee and S&H charges.
